Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Product must be unopened and unused
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Return Shipping
The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Paradox Hunting is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@paradoxhunting.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond with return instructions and a shipping address
- Ship the unopened item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We'll inspect the item within 2–3 business days of receiving it
- You'll receive an email confirming whether your return is approved
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a broken or defective product, please email us at support@paradoxhunting.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
