Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Product must be unopened and unused
  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Return Shipping

The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Paradox Hunting is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@paradoxhunting.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond with return instructions and a shipping address
  3. Ship the unopened item back using a trackable shipping method

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We'll inspect the item within 2–3 business days of receiving it
  • You'll receive an email confirming whether your return is approved
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a broken or defective product, please email us at support@paradoxhunting.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
